After reading Ann Coulter's remarks about John Edwards, I really wasn't shocked.  It seems like she keeps trying to raise the shock value of her comments to get attention, and the idiots in the media fall right into her trap.  Her comment make national news, and politicians, especially republicans, are falling all over themselves to denounce her remarks.  It's a way for them to distance themselves from conservative extremism, especially if you're a Republican who is trying to run closer to the middle.  As for Ann Coulter, I wonder if there is a new book around the corner.  All the publicity, negative or not, will probably get her on the best-sellers list, which isn't surrising.  The only surprise is that the media keeps falling into the same trap.
