Yahoo is reporting that Paris Hilton has decided to drop the appeal of her 45-day sentence, which is actually going to be 23 days due to assumed good behavior.  The whole thing is a little disappointing to someone who doesn't particularly like snotty rich kids who feel like they are entitled to special treatment.  She's going to be held in a "special needs housing unit" for ex-cops, celebrites, and public officials.  Heck, it might end up being like a little debutante reunion for Paris.  No wonder why she dropped her appeal!
